Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 5 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

The return must be initiated within 5 days of the delivery date.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@marvuelustbeauty.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide further instructions once your return request is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to sanitary and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Press-on nails that have had their packaging seal broken or show any signs of use or handling.
If your nail set was damaged in transit or you received the wrong color/design, please contact us at support@marvuelustbeauty.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We are happy to correct any mistakes on our end.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
