Our goal is to make sure you receive your order promptly and efficiently. At this time, we only provide shipping services within the United States. Below is our shipping policy:
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving your payment. Processing times may vary depending on the volume of orders or special circumstances (holidays, promotions, etc.).
- You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:
- We offer a range of shipping options for both domestic and international orders. The cost and delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and the destination address.
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 2–3 business days
- International Shipping: Currently not available.
Shipping Fees:
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.
- Free shipping is available for orders over $75.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your shipment.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently ship to United States only.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Delays and Issues:
- While we aim to ship your order on time, delays may occur due to weather, or carrier issues.
